Our process at Outdoor Oasis, is designed to make your renovation journey as smooth as possible and provide renovations that are on schedule and on budget . From preconstruction design to finishing touches, we've got you covered. We begin with a detailed consultation to understand your needs and preferences. Then, we move on to the design phase where we create a plan that meets your requirements. Once you approve the design, we provide you with a construction estimate that suits your budget. Our team then proceeds with the construction phase and ensures that the project is completed within the agreed timeline. Finally, we add the finishing touches to your newly renovated space to make it perfect. Our Architect Led Design Build process assures projects are completed on budget, on time and with the quality control of an architect.

Pre design and Initiation
We work with you closely to understand your project needs, identify requirements and develop an initial schematic budget and scope of work . At this stage we may also provide a rough sketch plan of scope of work and identify code and zoning compliance required for the project.
